Dale's Goodyear Tire Center

Tipp City, Ohio

Building Assembly: 8 inch load bearing AAC blocks and lintels were used to expand this existing retail facility.

Exterior finish:  Elite Cement Products' Litewall base coat and Acyrtex finish coat was used on this expansion.  The fine sand Acrytex finish allowed the expansion to match the existing EIFS finish of the rest of the retail strip center.  This same finish was also applied over an existing brick veneer wall on the end of the facility that had begun to deteriorate.  The ability of Litewall to bond to existing brick veneer and CMU allows clients to update the exterior appearance of their entire facility during expansions.

Type of expansion:  Addition of five service bays to existing retail operation.

Sports of All Sorts

Florence, Kentucky

Building Assembly: 38,000 sq. ft. of  8 inch AAC cladding attached to pre engineered steel structure.

Exterior finish: Acryl M was used for the majority of the exterior of this large sports facility located on Mt. Zion Road, exit 178, off of I-71.  At the high traffic entrance and exit of the facility, the client choose to use Litewall and Acrytex 30 feet to either side of the doors.  This finish was used as these locations due to its durability and resistance to chipping.

Interior finish:  The client choose to simply paint the interior of the building with an acrylic latex paint to high light the color scheme he had selected for the steel and duct socks.
